The second firing follows the Raku method: the piece is removed from the kiln while still glowing and placed among combustible materials, where smoke and flame leave their mark. The result is never entirely predictable — each piece carries the trace of fire, in patterns that cannot be planned or repeated.The studio takes care of the entire finishing process after your visit, and your completed piece will be shipped directly to your home.
