The Tasting begins with Custoza, a fresh white wine typical of the area, with an important percentage of Garganega, and then moves on to Chiaretto, the DOC Rosè typical of Lake Garda, made with grapes: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara: it is the expression of freshness and longevity. We continue with the Bardolino DOC, a fresh red from grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, which is the expression of the Companys identity. The fourth wine is a Garda Corvina Doc 100% Corvina, a fresh version of the typical grape of the area. The tasting concludes with 2 IGTs: wines dedicated to the children: Ettore IGT a blend of 80% Corvina, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, aged in wood for 18 months and Greta IGT: 100% Corvina, for which the grapes it is dried in the vineyard, a particular and difficult process that characterizes its strong identity, aged for 24 months in wood.
