Umbria

Umbria

Umbria is a region in central Italy often called the “green heart of Italy” for its rolling hills, forests, and rural landscapes. Unlike many other Italian regions, it has no coastline and is characterized by historic hilltop towns such as Assisi, Orvieto, and Perugia. Umbria is known for its strong cultural traditions, medieval architecture, and local gastronomy, including truffles, olive oil, and regional wines.
