Payment Methods
Bookings on touraround.it are paid securely online through Stripe, a payment processor used by businesses worldwide. touraround.it does not store your card details.
touraround.it accepts the most common cards and digital wallets — including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Amazon Pay, Revolut Pay and Satispay — plus several local payment methods (Bancontact, iDEAL, EPS, Przelewy24, MobilePay). You can pay in your own currency: the amount is converted automatically at checkout. Available payment methods may vary depending on your country and device.
Security
All payments are encrypted and processed directly by Stripe, certified to the PCI Service Provider Level 1 standard — the highest level of certification for payment processors. touraround.it never has access to your full card number.
Cancelling a booking
For bookings confirmed instantly, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, using the link in your booking confirmation email, with a full refund. For customised and private tours, and for all other cases, see our Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy.
