During the tasting, you’ll enjoy two glasses selected from the winery’s aged reserves, each expressing a different side of the Dolomite terroir. You may choose the Navarro Trento DOC Riserva, a classic-method sparkling wine made from high-altitude, hand-harvested grapes and aged over 60 months on the lees, celebrated for its fine bubbles, Alpine freshness, and notes of white flowers, citrus, and bread crust. Alternatively, discover the Rosso Mancato IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti, a rare interpretation of Teroldego with elegant aromas of ripe red fruit, subtle spice, and a velvety, well-balanced palate, or the Nero Viola IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti, a deep, structured red marked by blackberry, wild herbs, hints of dark chocolate, and a long, complex finish shaped by wood aging.The experience is completed by a tasting glass of 5+5 Rosso IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti, a young, lively red wine with fresh fruity aromas and an easy-drinking character, perfect for a relaxed aperitif.Beyond the glass, you’ll visit the ancient cellar beneath the shop, once used as an icehouse, where the winery’s past and present meet.
