Prior to the wine tasting, your experience will begin with a guided walk through our vineyard, followed by exclusive access to the historic 1300 tower, which offers panoramic views of Fumane and our estate. Depending on room availability, you may also have the opportunity to visit one of our period-decorated rooms.
The tour continues with a visit to our traditional tavern, featuring a grand fireplace and a display of our prestigious awards and recognitions. You will then proceed to the bottling room, where our team will explain the bottling process and demonstrate the use of specialized machinery. The journey culminates in the cellar, where you will receive an in-depth explanation of the winemaking process, from fermentation to maturation in both steel and wood barrels.
The experience concludes in our dedicated tasting area, where you will enjoy a curated selection of four Valpolicella red wines, paired with breadsticks and taralli for an authentic tasting experience.
